Dr. Boms is a research fellow at the Moshe Dayan Center at Tel Aviv University and the International Center for Counter-Terrorism in Herzliya. He co-founded the Tiyul-Rihla project, an educational initiative bringing Israelis and Palestinians together to learn about each other’s history and identity.
