KATAN
KATAN
At Temple Kol Ami Emanu-El, we are thrilled to introduce KATAN, our dynamic program tailored for children in grades Pre-K through 5th. KATAN offers a wide array of activities designed to inspire a love for Judaism, foster community bonds, and provide a well-rounded educational experience, under the supervision of our incredible Youth Advisor Lexi Landa.
Shalom Shabbat
A monthly gathering for kids in grades K through 5 to bring in Shabbat together on one Friday night a month from 6:30-8:30 p.m., simultaneously happening with Friday night services.
Led by our dedicated youth coordinators and our MITS, children participate in a variety of fun and engaging
activities. These activities are designed to foster friendships and strengthen community bonds. After the activities, everyone comes together to enjoy a shared Shabbat dinner.
It’s a wonderful opportunity for kids to connect and celebrate Shabbat together.
